Busy few weeks!

Hey guys!!!! These past few weeks have been CRAZY hectic! Where to begin! In Eller Elite we had our 1st competition! We were put into our teams for the rest of the year, ORANGE team! We had a short time to put together a business proposal, what we would sell at the Eller business school! We thought of the idea of a popcorn bar! We had $100, 2 selling times and the rest was divided up within the team! I took on the role of marketing, of course! I made posters and flyers, flyers were posted around the school and posted on social media too! All of the money went to Steele Research center, this is such an amazing organization, it was an honor to be apart of this event! After I went from my 2 classes, to selling for a few hours, then rushed over to #1 meeting, had a 30 minute break then was off to the #2 meeting, and after being away from the dorm for a total of 10 hours I was finally able to lay down! This isn't an unusual schedule! I keep myself so busy its crazy, but I love it!








This past weekend I went up to Prescott for HLC (Hall leadership camp for hall council). I had been working on these PINEAPPLES for all members dorms and they turned out sooo cute! For camp we had to come up with a role call and matching costumes! This years theme for Posada San Padero (my dorm) was of course pineapples! We turned plain yellow t-shirts into pineapples with a green bandana! Spent many hours this week making the pineapple dorm décor and costumes! My hall council and I bonded like no other, shared more than either of us probably wanted to share! Had many laughs and many funny memories! So photos below!!!!

Got back late Sunday nite and had to get ready for school Monday morning! But I spent my late hours helping "friends" with their homework, but its fine!!!! This week has gone by pretty fast because this week is FAMILY WEEKEND!!!! I'm so excited to see my family as well as go to the football game this weekend! Its been 2 weeks without a football game and I misss it sooo much!

I love my campus sooo much! It is absolutely gorgeous!! Everyday I find a new, pretty location! I feel like I'm in California but news flash I'm not!!!





After feeling so crappy for the past couple of days, I finally swallowed my pride and went to the doctors! Come to find out I have had a sinus infection for the past 2 weeks and my throat is literally caved out from all the mucus coming down! Might have been TMI (too much information) but hey were family here! I got some medicine and trying to rest but also trying to stay on top of my school work, extra curricular activities and social life!!! Its a struggle but I'm feeling better already!!



Tonite, one of my friends Sarah invited me to dinner at her sorority!! I had such a good time and met some really nice girls!! Excuse my appearance, I haven't been feeling well the past couple of days!! Today was a no make-up kind of day and this is soooo not yesterdays outfit.... funny story...this morning I woke up 20 minutes before my class started when it takes 15 minutes to walk over. So I threw on my dirty clothes and rushed out the door! Don't worry I made it to class with 2 minutes to spare!!! I guess the medicine they have me on helps with sleep too!!!

Just a quick update on my life!! Miss you guys sooo much!!! Will definitely be posting photos later this weekend of my family!! I don't think they realize how many photos I want to take with them!!!
